Floor Repair — Answers

Can you match my existing floor?

Often, yes — especially with hardwood, LVP and current laminate lines. If your product has been discontinued we will tell you at the estimate and lay out the realistic options, including replacing a defined section up to a natural break.

My floor got water damaged. Can it be saved?

It depends on the material and how long it sat wet. Hardwood that cupped can sometimes be dried and refinished. LVP is usually fine once the subfloor is dried. Laminate that swelled generally needs those planks replaced. We assess it in person, free.

Do you fix work another contractor did?

Yes, regularly — missing expansion gaps, uneven subfloors, peaking floors, bad transitions and gapping seams are all common and all correctable.

Is there a minimum job size?

Call or text us with what is going on. We handle small repairs as well as full installs, and we will be straight with you about what makes sense.
